The Account Manager (AM) is the individual in your organization who will actively manage your Group Health Plan (GHP) case workload on the CRCP. This includes inviting Account Designees and managing their access to those cases.
The AM cannot be changed using the CRCP directly. If the AM for the Account ID has already registered and needs to be replaced, the Authorized Representative (AR) for the account must contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative for assistance at (646) 458-6740 or by e-mail at: COBVA@bcrcgdit.com for assistance. The EDI Representative will add the new AM to the account.
Note: In addition to being able to assign multiple roles across different accounts, you can also reassign roles for existing accounts. For example, an AM can change the role of an AD on an account to an AM by contacting an EDI Representative.
The EDI Representative will then contact and provide the new AM with a passphrase (i.e., temporary password) and send an e-mail invitation to the AM to register. The e-mail includes a token link for the new AM to access the Account Manager Registration page to complete the registration process.
