How to Change Your Account Manager

Your Account Manager (AM) is the individual who manages your account recovery case workload. This includes managing other users' access to those cases.

If your AM has already registered for your account and needs to be replaced, your Account Representative (AR) must contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative by phone at (646) 458-6740 or e-mail at: COBVA@bcrcgdit.com for assistance. The AM cannot be changed using the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP).

Note: AMs can have multiple roles across different accounts. An AM can be invited by another AM to be an Account Designee (AD) on a different account. You can also reassign an AD of an existing account to be the AM for that account by contacting an EDI Representative.
