You must read and accept the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement expressly set out below and incorporated by reference before you may access the MSPRP Web site.

The CMS may amend this User Agreement at any time. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. This User Agreement is effective immediately.

The MSPRP will allow for the access and limited update of MSP Recovery case information. This application will also provide a means for users to review MSP Recovery case specific information and take limited action on these cases (i.e. uploading authorization and settlement documentation, disputing relatedness of conditional payments, etc.).
