The Sign-off successful page confirms that you have successfully logged out of the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP) system.

To log in to the MSPRP system again, click the Login to MSPRP link. You will be redirected to the Login Warning page where you can restart the login process. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, please click the Medicare.gov link instead to log in to the MSPRP.
