Your Account Manager (AM) is the individual who controls the administration of an organization's account and manages the overall submission process.
If you have already registered an AM during the account setup process and need to change your AM, contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative by phone at (646) 458-6740 or email at: COBVA@bcrcgdit.com for assistance, as this information cannot be changed online.
Note: AMs can have multiple roles across different accounts. An AM can be invited by another AM to be an Account Designee (AD) on a different account. You can also reassign an AD of an existing account to be the AM for that account by contacting an EDI Representative.
