The Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center will send your account’s Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the email address that was provided during the first step of the registration process. If this information has been recently updated, the PIN will be sent to the contact currently on the account.

If you have forgotten your PIN, or locked it by entering it incorrectly three times, contact the BCRC EDI Department at (646) 458-6740.
