Use this Corporate Structure page, which is optional, to submit information for one or more subsidiary companies for which you will be reporting under the RRE ID you are requesting. Only include a subsidiary if you will report its data for Section 111 using this RRE ID.
If subsidiary information does not apply to this RRE ID registration, then leave the information blank and click Continue to proceed to the next page.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Supply the names of all the subsidiary companies reflected in this registration for which data will be submitted. |
| NAIC Number | 5-digit company codes assigned to each subsidiary organization by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). If the subsidiary is not registered with the NAIC, enter 00000. |
| Company EIN/TIN | The IRS-assigned employer identification number (EIN) or tax identification number (TIN) associated with each subsidiary company listed. You may use the same TIN entered for the RRE or different TINs. |
If you will be reporting for more subsidiaries than those shown on the page, click Add to enter additional subsidiary fields. To remove a subsidiary, click Remove.
When done, click Continue to proceed to the next page in the New Registration process.
Click Previous to return to the previous page.
