The next two Authorized Representative pages require you to submit information for the  Authorized Representative (AR) associated with the RRE ID you are requesting. Note: After you enter the AR email and click Continue, the page will refresh with the Authorized Representative Information below it.

It is critical that you enter the correct contact information for your AR including an accurate mailing and email address, as this information will be used to send important information regarding your account, including the profile report.

The AR email address may not match that of an Account Manager (AM) or Account Designee (AD) user of the Section 111 COBSW.

Your AR must be a different person from your AM and ADs. If you erroneously provide the email address of your AM or an AD on this page, those individuals will be unable to register as users of the COBSW.

You may not change your AR online after your registration has been processed. If you need to make a change later, you will have to contact your EDI Representative.

If you are registering multiple RRE IDs, your AR can be the same person for each or you may name a different person for each.

Required fields are noted in the application by an asterisk.
