This Account Manager Information page asks you to enter your personal information and to create a new login ID and password, if you do not already have them. This page applies to both Group Health plan (GHP) and Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) reporter types.

It is critical that the person completing this step is the Account Manager (AM) for the RRE ID and provides their specific, personal information.

You may not change your AM online after your Account Setup has been processed. If you need to make a change later, you will have to contact your EDI Representative.

If you are registering multiple RRE IDs, your AM can be the same person for each or you may name a different person for each.

Required fields are noted by an asterisk.

Account Manager Login Information

The security information requested will allow the system to authenticate your identity each time you log on to the application. You may have, and only need, one login ID for the application. The same login ID will be used no matter how many RRE IDs you are associated with and what role you play for each. You may be an Account Manager (AM) for one RRE ID and an Account Designee (AD) for another.

You are asked to select two different security questions and provide answers to each. It is important for you to remember the answers to these questions. They will be used by the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) and the system when you call your EDI Representative or request your login ID or password in the event you forget them later.
