The Account Setup RRE ID/PIN input page allows you, the Account Manager (AM), to continue the account setup process by entering a Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) ID, personal identification number (PIN), and email address.
These pages apply to both Group Health plan (GHP) and Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) reporter types. You must have your RRE ID, PIN, and complete account information on hand. Partial account setup requests cannot be saved and completed later.
During account setup, your email address is used to verify whether you are a registered user to the Section 111 Secure Website (COBSW). If you are a new user, you will be prompted to create a new login ID and password. All users must provide AM personal and contact information and accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Refer to the Section 111 User Guide and the Get Started help under the How To menu option for more information on the AM role and determining who should play that role for your organization.
