The RRE Profile Information page for GHP users asks you to provide information about the GHP data to be reported under this RRE ID. You will additionally choose a file transmission method for each file type you will be submitting for Section 111 reporting.
The RRE Information section is automatically populated from data submitted during the New Registration process. This information is read-only. The Account Manager (AM) can update some of this information after completing this Account Setup step and logging in to the Section 111 COBSW.
Required fields are noted on the application page with an asterisk.
Table 1: File Submission Profile Information
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Lines of Business | Select which lines of business (Hospital, Medical, and/or Prescription Drug) will be reported under this RRE ID. Check all that apply. You may use the same RRE ID to submit all types of claims under one RRE ID. See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for more information on the use of multiple RRE IDs. |
Estimated Number of Covered Individuals | Enter an estimate of the total number of individuals, including subscribers and dependents, who are provided coverage by GHP(s) that will be reported under this RRE ID. This is the total number of individuals, not just those that fit the definition of Active Covered Individuals (e.g., over the age threshold, etc.). This will be used by the BCRC to estimate the size of the files that will be submitted under this RRE ID and aid in the assignment of the file submission timeframe by the system in order to spread out file processing by the BCRC throughout each quarter. It is only an estimate and will not be validated or checked when you submit your files later. |
HRA Records Only | Check this box if the only records that will be submitted will be for Health Reimbursement Accounts. |
Reporting Level | Select Basic or Expanded by clicking the appropriate radio button. See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for more information. |
Do you offer network prescription drug coverage to your Active Covered Individuals that may be primary to Medicare? | If your RRE offers prescription drug coverage that may be primary to Part D coverage to active covered individuals, select Yes. Otherwise, select No. |
Would you like to receive unsolicited alerts? | Click the Yes radio button to receive an Unsolicited Alerts file monthly. This file will alert the RRE to any changes to MSP occurrences or drug coverage records that have been submitted by an entity other than the RRE over the last month. (See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for details.) Note: An RRE will only receive alerts for drug records if they previously submitted drug records. |
Will an Agent report data on your behalf? | Select one radio button if you plan to use an agent to report your files. Select Yes if an agent will report some or all of your Section 111 files for you. Select No if you will not be using an agent. RREs may use agents to submit data on their behalf. An agent is a data services company, consulting company, or the like, that can create and submit Section 111 files to the BCRC on behalf of the RRE. The RRE remains solely responsible and accountable for adhering to the requirements of the Section 111 program and for the accuracy of data submitted. |
Agent Company EIN/TIN | If you selected Yes to the question above, enter the Agent Company EIN/TIN and click Search. If the Agent Information is available, their contact information appears next. Otherwise, blank contact information fields will appear for you to complete. This is the IRS-assigned tax ID associated with the Agent company. |
