The Section 111 COB Website portal requires users to change their password every 60 days. The system will prompt you to make this change. You can only update your password once per day.
If you forget your password, please refer to Request Your Password under the How To menu.
1. Enter your Current or Temporary Password, as applicable.
Note: Temporary passwords are provided during password resets.
2. Enter and re-enter a new password following the listed guidelines.
3. Click Continue to display the Change Password Successful dialog.
4. Click OK to go to the RRE Listing page. Use your new password the next time you log in to the Section 111 application.
If you are unsuccessful in changing your password, contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative at (646) 458-6740 for assistance.
Password Requirements
- Password must be changed every sixty (60) days.
- Password cannot be changed more than once per day.
- Password must be different from the previous twenty-four (24) passwords.
- Password must:
- Contain at least eight (8) characters.
- Contain at least one lowercase letter.
- Contain at least one uppercase letter.
- Contain at least one number.
- Contain at least one special character.
- Contain at least four (4) changed characters from the previous password.
- Password cannot contain a reserved word. (click to show List)
- Password re-entry must match the new password.
Please Note: When you change your password in the Section 111 COBSW portal, it will also be changed for all the following Coordination of Benefits (COB) secure web applications for which you are a registered user: Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP), Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP), and the Commercial Repayment Center Portal (CRCP).
