The Designee Listing page allows Account Managers (AMs) to manage the Account Designees (ADs) associated with a selected RRE ID account. The AM can perform the following AD functions:

  • Add an AD
  • Delete an AD
  • Edit personal information for an unregistered AD (Pending status only)
  • Add a registered/existing user as an AD
  • Regenerate an invitation email with a token link for an unregistered AD

ADs assist the AM with the reporting process. The AM must invite ADs to register and become users of the Section 111 MRA associated with one or more accounts. There is no limit to the number of ADs associated with one RRE ID. (Note: AMs should regularly review their designees and delete users who should no longer have access.)

To begin, select the Designee Maintenance action from the Actions list on the RRE Information Detail page for each applicable RRE ID. The Designee Listing page appears. This page shows the ADs associated with the account and their statuses.

Note: Three columns have sorting and filtering capability: Last Name, Account Status, and Last Login Date. To filter/search by last name, enter part or all of a name in the text field at the column head. To filter by account status or last login date, choose the status or date range of last login from the drop-down box at the column head. To reverse the sort order, click the arrow in the column header. Click Clear to clear the display and reset the filters. A page control at the bottom shows the number of entries per page, as well as the total number of pages and entries available.

Possible values:

Pending - The AD has been invited to the RRE ID account, but has not yet obtained a login ID.

Instruct the AD to follow the link in the invitation email sent by the Section 111 MRA. The AD will need to enter the passphrase created by the AM. The AM can click on the AD’s last name to edit their information, or resend an invitation email to that AD.

Active - The AD has registered on the Section 111 MRA and has access to the account.
