If you successfully registered for the Section 111 COB Secure Website (COBSW) but have forgotten your login ID, click the Forgot your Login ID? link on the Section 111 Welcome page. You will be required to provide the email address that you provided and the answers to the security questions that you supplied when you originally registered.

If you are unsuccessful in resetting your login ID by clicking the Forgot your Login ID? link, please contact your assigned EDI Representative.

When you call, you must be able to provide the answers to the security questions you selected during registration for the Section 111 COBSW.

If you have not yet registered and obtained an Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) ID for your organization, then please click the Get Started link under the How To menu for information on how to complete the initial registration steps for your organization.

If you are the Account Manager (AM) but have not completed the Account Setup process, click on Complete Account Setup on the home page to create your login ID and password. You will need the RRE ID displayed on the registration confirmation Thank You dialog during the New Registration process and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) emailed to your Authorized Representative (AR). Please select the Get Started link under the How To menu for more information.
