In the header of any page of the Section 111 COB Secure Website (COBSW), you will find the following menu options:
- About - This option provides links to the purpose of the site and general information on how to use it.
- CMS Links - This section provides links to the dedicated MMSEA Section 111 Web page, and general Medicare and Coordination of Benefits pages on the CMS website.
- How To - This option provides general instructions on how to get started, register, and complete account setup on the Section 111 COBSW.
- Reference Materials - This option provides links to view and download the MMSEA S111 MSP Mandatory Reporting GHP User Guide ("GHP User Guide”), the MMSEA Section 111 Medicare Secondary Payer Mandatory Reporting Liability Insurance (Including Self-Insurance), No-Fault Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation User Guide (“Liability/No Fault/Workers’ Compensation User Guide”), this application user guide (“MRA User Manual”), a link to valid and excluded ICD-9 and -10 diagnosis code lists on CMS.gov, test data for NGHP RREs, and the HEW software.
Before you log in, the Reference Materials list is limited to the GHP and Liability/No Fault/Workers’ Compensation User Guides, and the diagnosis code lists link.)
- Contact Us - This section provides information on how to contact the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center.
The area on the right side of the Welcome page contains fields related to Account Sign In:
- Once you have obtained your login ID and password for the Section 111 COBSW, you will enter them here and click the Sign In button to sign on to the application.
- Forgot your Login ID? link - If you already have a login ID and password for the Section 111 COBSW but have forgotten the login ID you created, you may use this link to request it.
- Forgot your Password? link - If you already have a login ID and password for the Section 111 COBSW but have forgotten your password, you may use this link to reset it.
The area near the bottom of the Login page contains two buttons:
- Step 1 New Registration - Click this button if this is the first time you have accessed the Section 111 COBSW to register and obtain a Section 111 Responsible Reporting Entity ID (RRE ID).
- Step 2 Complete Account Setup – Click this button if your AR has gone through the initial registration process, has your RRE ID, and has received an email containing your Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the BCRC. You will need the RRE ID and PIN to continue with the Account Setup process.
- At the bottom of any page on the site, there are links to the Section 111 COBSW CMS/HHS Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.
