The Account Manager Registration page is the first page of the Account Manager (AM) registration process. This page shows the RRE ID and RRE Name to which you have been invited and the RRE Authorized Representative (AR) contact information.

About Replacing Account Managers

The AM is the individual who controls the administration of an organization’s account and manages the overall submission process. At times, the AR may replace the AM on an account. Since this change cannot be made through the S111 application, the AR must contact their EDI Representative for assistance.

When the EDI Representative makes the change, the system sends an invitation email to you as the pending AM replacement. If you are a new user; that is, you do not have a login ID or password on the S111 MRA, or on any other Coordination of Benefits Secure Website (COBSW) application, the email will contain a URL and token (i.e., a unique identifier for the invited user), which allows you to access the registration site. You will also receive a passphrase from the EDI Representative that must be entered to begin the registration process.

You only need to register once. Once created, EDI Representatives can simply add you to other RRE accounts. The application then generates a notification email to you, without a URL, notifying you that you have been added to an RRE ID account.

Registration Process

To begin the registration process, you will need the passphrase that your EDI Representative provided to you. Enter the passphrase in the text box provided, exactly as relayed to you.

Click Continue to go to the next step in the registration process.

Click Cancel to end the registration process.
