The RRE Information Detail page shows read-only summaries of the information related to the selected RRE ID, including:
- Profile Report Information
- EDI Representative
- RRE Company Information
- Authorized Representative Information
- Account Manager/Technical Contact
- Corporate Information
- Reporting Information
- Other COB Submissions
- Drug Reporting Information (if applicable)
- File Transmission Methods (if applicable)
This page shows the contact information of your EDI Representative, as well links for the available Actions for the selected RRE ID. All emails are active links.
Both Account Managers (AMs) and Account Designees (ADs) can access this page. However, the Actions that are shown for an RRE ID depends on the user role (see the following table). Additionally, since AMs are responsible for recertifying RREs, only AMs will see the Recertify and Edit buttons.
Before recertifying an RRE ID, check the information on this page. If necessary, make any corrections by clicking Edit. Then return to this page and click Recertify to recertify the selected RRE ID. Click Back to RRE Listing to return to the RRE Listing page.
Actions
The following displays the available Actions for a selected RRE ID and who can access them.

File Processing Results | AM & AD View production file processing results. Download production response files via HTTPS. |
Test File Results | AM & AD View test file processing results. Download test response files via HTTPS. |
Upload File | AM & AD Upload GHP or NGHP production and test files using the HTTPS method (for RREs setup with file transmission only). |
Designee Maintenance | AM Add, update, and remove other users’ access to the RRE ID account. Use this to generate additional AD invitation emails if needed. |
View Account Activity | AM & AD View an audit trail of activity on this RRE ID account. |
New Claim | AM & AD Enter a new claim using DDE (DDE method only) |
Claim Listing | AM & AD View, edit or delete a DDE claim (for NGHP DDE RREs in production status only (DDE method only). |
Register for DDE | AM & AD Change claim submission method to DDE (for NGHP RREs currently set up with file transmission methods only). |
Beneficiary Lookup | AM & AD Search for specific beneficiaries. For RREs in production status only. Find out whether an injured party is a Medicare beneficiary. Non-DDE RREs can perform up to 500 searches per month. |
TIN Record Maintenance | AM & AD Search for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) records and update TIN addresses (For non-DDE accounts in production status only). |
Remove RRE | AD Remove selected RRE ID from your RRE account. |
