The Update Designee Information page allows Account Managers (AMs) to update the personal information of Account Designees (ADs) (in Pending status only) and/or to resend invitations and tokens to potential ADs, if needed.

Once ADs are in Active status, AMs can only view their personal information.

To edit AD personal information only:

1.  Go to the Designee Listing page.

2.  For an AD in Pending status, click on the AD’s Last Name link to open the Update Designee Information page.

3.  Edit any personal information on this page: First Name, Last Name, and Email.

4.  Click Continue to update the information.

     The Designee Listing page reappears, with the ADs personal information updated.

To resend an invitation and token:

1.  Go to the Designee Listing page.

2.  Click on the AD’s Last Name link to open the Update Designee Information page.

3.  Edit any personal information, if needed, and enter a passphrase.

4.  Ensure that the Regenerate token checkbox is checked. Note: A token is a unique identifier for the invited user.

5.  Click Continue.

     The Designee Listing page appears. The system regenerates the invitation email and sends it to the email address registered for the AD.

Click Cancel to cancel either operation.
