Table 2: File Submission Profile Information (NGHP)
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Lines of Business | Select the types of claims that will be reported under this RRE ID. Check all that apply. You may use the same RRE ID to submit all types of claims under one RRE ID. See the Section 111 MRA user guide for more information on the use of multiple RRE IDs. |
Estimated Number of Paid Claims | Enter an estimate of the annual number of claims paid by the RRE reflected under this RRE ID. This is the total number of paid claims for all injured parties/claimants, NOT just those that will be reported under Section 111 where the injured party is a Medicare beneficiary. This will be used by the BCRC to estimate the size of the files that will be submitted under this RRE ID and aid in the assignment of the file submission timeframe by the system to spread out file processing by the BCRC throughout each quarter. It is only an estimate and will not be validated or checked when you submit your files later. |
Will an Agent report data on your behalf? | These radio buttons show your current selection and are read-only. RREs may use agents to submit data on their behalf. An agent is a data services company, consulting company, or the like, that can create and submit Section 111 files to the BCRC on behalf of the RRE. The RRE remains solely responsible and accountable for adhering to the requirements of the Section 111 program and for the accuracy of data submitted. |
Agent EIN/TIN | If the selection above shows Yes, the agent company EIN/TIN will appear. |
Would you like to receive unsolicited alerts? | Select Yes or No. For NGHP file submitters, this option will display as enabled unless the RRE recently switched to or from receiving unsolicited alerts. In this case, the option will be disabled until the selected change has completed processing. Note: This option does not display for NGHP RREs who have selected DDE. |
Table 3: Profile Information (GHP)
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Lines of Business | Select which lines of business (Hospital, Medical, and/or Prescription Drug) will be reported under this RRE ID. Check all that apply. You may use the same RRE ID to submit all types of claims under one RRE ID. See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for more information on the use of multiple RRE IDs. |
HRA Records Only | Check this box if the only records that will be submitted will be for Health Reimbursement Accounts. |
Estimated Number of Covered Individuals | Enter an estimate of the total number of individuals, including subscribers and dependents, who are provided coverage by GHP(s) that will be reported under this RRE ID. This is the total number of individuals, not just those that fit the definition of Active Covered Individuals (e.g., over the age threshold, etc.). This will be used by the BCRC to estimate the size of the files that will be submitted under this RRE ID and aid in the assignment of the file submission timeframe by the system in order to spread out file processing by the BCRC throughout each quarter. It is only an estimate and will not be validated or checked when you submit your files later. |
Reporting Level | Select Basic or Expanded by clicking the appropriate radio button. See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for more information. |
Do you offer network prescription drug coverage to your Active Covered Individuals that may be primary to Medicare? | If your RRE offers prescription drug coverage that may be primary to Part D coverage to active covered individuals, select Yes. Otherwise, select No. |
Agent EIN/TIN | If the field above shows Yes, the agent company EIN/TIN will appear. |
Would you like to receive unsolicited alerts? | Select Yes or No. For GHP RREs, this option will display as enabled unless the RRE recently switched to or from receiving unsolicited alerts. In this case, the option will be disabled until the selected change has completed processing. This file will alert the RRE to any changes to MSP occurrences or drug coverage records that have been submitted by an entity other than the RRE over the last month. (See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for details.) Note: An RRE will only receive alerts for drug records if they previously submitted drug records. |
