The TIN Record Maintenance Address Confirmation page allows you to verify changes to the TIN record before submitting them. This page shows the address(es) you entered, along with the suggested address(es) based on your submission, and the NGHP RRE paperless settings for these addresses (i.e., opted in, opted out, or never opted in to Go Paperless).

Click Continue to accept and save the suggested address(es) and paperless settings and go to the Address Change Successful dialog. Click Cancel to discard the changes without saving and return to the previous page to make further edits.

Click Continue on the dialog to return to the RRE Information Detail page.
